Transportation

Public Transport

    In India

With the population we are having it's really hard for anyone to find solutions for people modes of transport. While on the public transport sector, we are improving now somehow but that won't do any good in the near time. We have hurry up to catch up with the countries which are leading in that way

Buses are most used transportation within the city and the schedule of buses for going to each corner of street are very adequate and that's not enough, that's the reason we are seeing the buses crowded always and another problem is that New Buses are only running in the cities and in the town and in villages of our country, the buses running there are old aged ones and it's not working sufficient and it's produces a lot of toxic gases. Due to this problem of timing of the buses and rush of people crowding into single bus happening.
Cities Buses in India

Buses in Villages of India

Trains, the most used transportation using for reaching the each and every nook of the country and there are lot of people throng into each trains for reaching their destination. The most trains which we are using has the 90's infrastructure and we are trying to hard to bring in changes for that. And another thing happening is with different prices for each coaches and the unreserved coaches. While on the reserved coaches, people book their ticket predominately before they are arriving to train while on unreserved coaches people take tickets at the time of arrival in the train station and it's quality is bar low. the speed of our trains are also terrible as it's 90's model

Every time while on getting onto the buses, we ought to get tickets from ticket collector. Due to this what happens is that people pays money every time and get tickets. In case of rush hours, some people leave it and travel without it. Even though the checking person would come occasionally.

  In Europe

In Case of Buses, the buses here are mostly electric and are using bio-ethanol and less emission ones. Also while on the case of keeping with the time, on each station you could have a screen displaying the buses which we are going to come to your bus stop at some time and it automatically changes with buses location and when it will arrive to that stop. If in India too we implement this, it would be so helpful and people wouldn't crowd into single bus when they have another bus and they can know the timings and also we need to update with us the new buses which produces less emission and also usage of bio-ethanol is much cheaper than petroleum

Trains are so much advanced here, the comforts and the luxury which you are going to have such pleasure. Unlike in India, here too the different types of coaches exists but it's not like the quality would be bad in the unreserved coaches. It's simply here means you would get comforts in reserved ones and not in unreserved ones. But the seats and the things which you are going to have is the same for all.

Here they have the usage of the machines for tickets, you can get a bus card in which you can recharge for every month and once you get into the bus, you ought to register your card on the machine and it will save your data. Once the time is over, you recharge for another month in nearby small shops or in government transportation office. This saves a lot of time and nobody can escape without getting tickets. In India, we too can have the same structure as in the morning and evening, the students and the working people everybody used to have buses as their regular transportation and it would be uncomfortable to have tickets everyday and waiting for the ticket collector in the buses during the rush hours it makes hard. So if we have card and register on a machine in the bus it makes the scenario simple

Verdict

As a whole, we in the India are improving now but the improvement are made only for the cities and not for the village. We should develop as a whole like in the European cities and we should use technology as much as we can to improve our transportation sectors
